Strange Squeaking sound

1996 Chevy Cavailer, 150k mmiles, 2.2 engine I think. My problem is recently my car started making a strange sqeaking noise in the front of the car. It only happens when the car is on and still/ I dont hear it when its moving. I also think its coming from the right side. Any help would be awesome. Thanks!

Would you describe it as a chirping sound?

Sounds like a belt noise, if so. Can check it by spraying a little water on the belt while it is running and seeing if it stops. For a moment.
