The flasher sits above the gas pedal behind a small, black panel. The panel is held on with one star bolt and is situated between the gas pedal arm and the bottom of the plastic molding that sits below the steering column. The flasher should be green and clipped to a small, cube shaped harness and attached to the inside wall by two plastic clips

Have you checked the actual fuse or just the flasher relay?

If bulbs, fuse and flasher are all good then must be wiring or faulty turn signal switch
