My hand brake is stuck and I tried to release it by pushing down the button but it wont go down all the way so I cant release it. What should I try doing?

Your cable is probably stuck. Take it to a pro he'll have to get underneath and see if he can free the cable up.

E-brakes are pretty simple in design, its probalby something snagging the cable or you droped one to many. Quaters? Into that nice little dust cover that protects the e-brake lever slot that it comes out of. If could just as easily be some crap that's fallen in there and wont let the brake lever fully lower. Get a flashlight and start checking.
