2000 Chevy Cavalier Wheels are shacking

My tires feels as if they are about to come off when I drive. Only on the driver front tire. When I let go of the wheel, the wheel turns to the left. It seems as if the front tire is about to come off.

First check lug nuts.

Raise car, put on stands, grasp tire and push/pull both horizontally and vertically, any movement could be bearings, control arm, ball joint, tie rods etc.
