1997 Chevy Cavalier Turn lights

There is a turn fuse in the fuse box. Use a voltage tester and check voltage at fuse circuit, goes hot when you turn on the key. Do the lower brake lites work? In the rear, the lower brake lite and turn work on the same bulb filament, just not at the same time.
