1991 Chevy Cavalier Blinkers giving us issues.

1991 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 140k miles

Ok so at first the blinkers would only work some of the time, then they would be solid. Then they would work randomly.
Here is what I have done: Replaced relay flasher switch. Replaced the simple fuses in fuse box, changed light bulbs and finally replaced the multi-function blinker switch. This switch controls lights blinkers and Hazards. Hazards and lights work still no blinkers.
So I am working my way up. From cheap to more expensive. Whats next? What would cause all of the other functions to work but not the blinkers?

Thanks so much for the info and Diagrams, going to print them and go through the check lists. Thank you thank you. Do you know how hard it is to find decent diagrams. What do the kids say now a days OMG. :) :P thanks.
