1997 Chevy Cavalier Low Beam Headlights not working

The low beam headlights will not work! I have replaced the bulbs after I checked all the fuses and still nothing. About a week ago when I would turn them on it would take a minute for them to come on or I would have to jiggle the switch. So after the fuses & bulbs I changed the switch and still nothing.

When u replaced the switch did you check the wiring
Also check high/low switch
