1997 Chevy Cavalier Car won't start unless jumped

1997 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 36,000 miles

I just got a battery a few months ago. I thought that when it was cold the car wouldn't start or that it sat too long. (2-3 days). It shouldnt have happened with a new battery. At first it clicked a few times, but never started. Now it doesn't do anything. Only when I get a jump. I wanted to know is it the battery or starter or something else.

Jump it so you can see if the alternator is charging. If it is, could have an electrical draw killing the battery.
