1996 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Note: This is a Z-24. I set gap @ 35 thousandths. It's still missing on 2 cylinders. What is the correct gap setting?

Hey Rp8888,

My information is shown for 2.2 liter and 2.4 liter to be gapped at .060 oem plugs.

Here is a guide on how to replace them and a guide on what to look for when your engine is misfiring.

Please run some tests and get back to us so we can continue helping you.

Best, Ken
