My 1995 cavalier will not crank, I replaced the starter 3 months ago, I think it may be a starter relay, does anyone have any ideas?

Sorry for the late reply.

I'd have to check the wiring circuits at the starter. Two circuits, usually, one is hot all the time, battery voltage, the other circuit goes hot with key in the crank position. Any testing at the starter, make sure tranny is in park or neutral and the parking brake is set.

Make sure battery has a full charge. Also your neutral switch could have problem, if automatic, or clutch switch for manual.
