1993 Chevy Cavalier heater blows only cold air

Heater blows only cold air. Replaced thermostat and heater core. Temp gage reading is ok and both heater hoses are hot. Heard it might be a heater valve control but I cannot find it. Any help I would really appreciate it and I can stop scraping the inside of my windows also 195 degree thermostst init.

What about the blend door
Have you checked that?
When u switch to heat the door should move and close off the cold air allowing air to circulate throw the heater core area and out to inside of the car

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
