1992 Chevy Cavalier stalling

Replaced fuel pump, coils fuel filter, plugs, air filter. When i'm driving and it gets normal temp. It will cut off. If I wait afew minutes it will restart and run afew minutes.

Could be youre coolant temp switch acting up. Also have you checked youre vaccum line to see for leaks.
