I have lost my only set of keys. What would I need to do to get a new set? What information would be needed, how much would it cost and when would I receive them

Need to contact local locksmith or your Chevrolet dealer. You will need to give them your Vehicle Identification Number. A blank key usually costs around $5.00 then another $15 - $30 to have it cut out. Newer model vehicles now come standard equipped with security systems which include a chip inside of the key. Only a few pre-1996 models were equipped with this feature so I do not know if your vehicle has this or not. If it does, the cost becomes much greater to replace, usually costing around $130 to have the key cut and programmed to your vehicle. The dealer or locksmith can have the key made within minutes.
