1989 Chevy Cavalier Please Help

I just had a tune up and a transmission service on my car. Now its making a ticking sound and everytime I come 2 a stop light or stop sign its ideling up and down and wants to die out. And when I park it it smells like something is burning.

Ok do not start that car again until you check all fluids and make sure they are full, sometimes these people forget to put the fluids back into the vehicle, next thing you know you have a blown engine. Let me know what you find
