Engine Mechanical problem
1989 Chevy Caprice V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a caprice classic brougham and when I turn the key I get nothing. Nothing at all without listening to the very best of ability. I think the starter gives out a little 'micro click' and a little plunger pump thing under the hood gives off a "nanoclack"
At all the battery is fully charged, however I have had multiple problems with alternators. The starter also went out like 2 months ago which I replaced. I hope the engine is not locked up it had oil and some water. I drove it home parked it for about 2 hours. When I came back and turned the key I got nothing please help

These cars used fusible links and it sounds like your has burnt up. You need to check and see if it's abad, it goes to the positive battery cable on the starter and you will find a couple of them there. All you need is a test light to check it. One to the positive cable and then test the other end of the fusible link. They are about 6-8" long. NOt real easy to get to though.
