I am having a problem with my 1991 Z28 camaro with a 350 engine when I add coolant to the car I leaks right back out but not from the radiator or water pump it seems to be leaking from above the crank shaft do I have a leaking freeze plug or should I be worried of a cracked block? Furthermore do I even have a freeze plug in that area? Any ideas would be helpful.

Yup. Its got a few freeze plugs around the side and the back of the block. Crawl underneath and start looking. Later

There are freeze plugs on the lower sides of the engine. Try to pinpoint where it is leaking, it could be
from a couple of things, check the, thermastat housing and hoses. Lintake manifold, pressure check the engine coolant system. It sould pinpoint where it is leaking.
