Hi, I own a 1994 Camaro Z28 with the 5.7 liter LT engine with about 85,000 miles on it. I bought the car used and it's frought with many problems concerning the fuel-injection and the computer. Since smog inspections are not an issue, I would like to know what would be involved in converting the engine to a carburetor.

Well electronic ignition as currently configured is out. Fuel pump to strong for carb. To eliminate the computer as you must, you need a distributor, new intake maybe just swap engines with older car. Then refit exhaust.
