1999 Chevy Camaro posessed horn

Normally I know what to do with my car, but I never learned the horn. Its been randomly going off and wont stop. I have no idea what to do, any ideas?

Its either the power circuit to the horn button switch is shorting out or the switch itself to include a sticking horn relay
