Ive been having this problem for about a year now but I have a system, 2 rockford fosgate T1 12's with a soundstream 1500trx tarantula amplifier. Sometimes well actually all the time I crank my car and my radio is off and when my radio goes off my windows wont roll up or down. Also say my radio is workin which it does sometimes and I try to roll my windows up or down it wont goll up or down and my radio shuts off, then once its shut off I bang on the side of my dasboard and it comes on if I hit it enough, do know what it could be like maybe wiring problems, or not enough battery power because of my amp?

I would say its most likely a power problem. You do not have enough power from your battery to power everything all at once. I would suggest getting another battery for your audio system solely so you dont have to worry about overworking it to much. If that doesnt fix it then its most likely a wiring problem or could be your window motors themselves.

Do your windows ever not roll all the way up or down when you dont have your audio system on (or plugged in)?
Take your system out for a couple weeks and see if the problem happens again. If so its most likely your window motors.
If not then replace the battery and take the one in now and use it for your audio system
