If your temp runs up to 210 degrees that wouldbe normal. Your temp gauge sender is in the cylinder head so it might readalittle hotter, but 210 is about normal. You should use the red type antifreeze or dexcool. Prestone makes one that is compatible with both. You should replace your radiator cap as it's like 14 yrs old now. If you have an overheat problem, then disconnect your fans if electric, let it get hot and put your hand along the radiator. If you feel any cold spots you'll need another as it should be the same temp all accross.
