1995 Chevy Camaro

At times my engine won't start, there is still the click turn over noise but the engine won't start. A new starter was recently installed, new battery, and complete tune up. It really isn't a problem since it only
does it two to four times before the engine starts, and it does about once every five times I get into the car. However it is still very annoying

So when it occurs, do you mean the engine doesn't crank over at all? Or does the engine try to crank but just won't start up? If its not cranking and just clicking then it may be a failing ignition switch or dirty / loose battery cables.
