1995 Chevy Camaro car wont start

Its -30 out side and cant start my car even with a boost think fuel injection might be frozen? Any way to un freeze it this is the first time it hasnt started for me thx for your help. Also my block heater cord has been cut off at the plug-in piece can I just add a new end? Any ideas thx you very much for your help if u can.

Try some starting fluid to see if it fires up and runs, you may have water in your gas lines, take it in and let it warm up in a heated garage.

And your plugin can be wired back in, go to a home depo or menards and buy a replacement plug and wire it back on.
