I bought this car just 2 weeks ago with an as is warranty and now I am having trouble with radiator and transmission. Do I have any rights to take car back and have them repair problems or am I stuck? Also what if I want to give the car back can I get my money back and get out of the loan?

Generaly AS IS is AS IS you really have no legal recourse. Maybe lot will cut you a repair deal. Check state law some states have a buyers remorse but usually apply to new cars.
Good Luck
