1994 Chevy Camaro Oil Pressure Gauge

I have a 1994 Camaro with the V-8 LT1 engine. The oild pressure gauge is jammed past 80 and only moves a little. Is this electrical or or the sensor? If so where is the sensor located

Could be the oil pressure sending unit/oil pressure sensor or the oil pump relief valve is not opening-its located at position N7 below
