I recently purchased a 1994 z28 camaro with 120,000 miles on it with automatic transmission. The speedometer and cruise doesnt work on it. The Speed sensor connector was unplugged so I plugged it back into the transmission but to no affect. There was another connector under the car unplugged it was big and round and looked almost like an electrical plug outlet and I have no idea where it plugs into or its function. I was wondering if this had anything to do with my speedometer not working or does it have anything to do with my cruise or is it just a bad sensor.
Thank you :)

I have a 93 camaro trans is a 4L60 yours is a 4L60E now oppisite side of the VSS there is a connector kinda round directly behind the transmission dipstick tube its not exactly easy to see because the plug insert is facing straight up not really visible to see but if you see a plug already there then I believe I might not be any of assistants good luck just going on little info you have given
