Have you checked for blockage in the radiator? Has the water pump been replaced? Are you burning coolant off? There are test kits that can detect for hydrocarbons in the coolant which would indicate a blown head gasket (which would be easiest to test first and can save you the time in replacing other parts).

How much are you loosing (rate/time)? Have you removed the tires and looked at the brakes? If it is there then you need to thave the wheel cylinders replaced on the drum brakes or the calipers replaced on disk brakes. Check the lines for any fluid. Make sure everything is a clean surface (use acetone) so you can easily tell if there is a leak.
