Cold start problem

I have a 95 s-10 Chevy Blazer 4x4 4.3L v6 w/180000 that is very sluggish in the morning. Just gave it a full tune up which fixed the really hard or sometimes not starting at all problem, but is still hard to start first thing in the morning and at the end of the work day. There is no check engine light on or any thing else obvious that I could find. I checked for vacuum leaks and other loose or broken hoses and found none. Other than the cold start problem it runs great. I’m just wondering where to go from here. Any and all help is as usual, greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Check the electronic coolant temp sensor, this acts like a choke on FI systems.

It's on the head or block, take a DVOM, check resistance cold, and hot, if there is little change in the readings, it no good! As the car warms the resistance will drop.
