2000 Chevy Blazer spark plugs

We changed spark plugs and its not running good we hooked the od reader and says cylinder 1 is mis firing? What could it be?

Cracked plug, bad wires, bad fuel injector. It needs to be diagnosed properly.

Which one is cylinder 1 as od reader says cylinder 1 is mis fire?
