I need to know how I can manually open the rear hatch.I have checked the fuses and I can hear th motor humming

I'm not sure I understand. Isn't there a manual handle on the hatch?

No, this Model year only has a pushbutton on the rear for the (window) hatch and should work as long as the driver's door is unlocked. The manual handle is for the full tailgate. The only way to manually open the window hatch is to take apart the covering to find the more than likely bad solenoid if it will not open with the remote or rear button when the driver's door is unlocked.
