2000 Chevy Blazer cruise control

The cruise control does not respond at all. The switch, module, and brake switch have all been replaced with NEW parts, and the fuse is o.K. Still no dice. Any info on what could be the problem?

Any check engine light? If so have it scanned, it could be keeping the cruise from working. Cable is hooked up and adjusted properly? Inspect the wiring where it leaves the multi function switch, have seen it break there many times
