2000 Chevy Blazer Body noise

Whenever I make a turn or drive slow my I hear sqeaking sounds coming from the body. It just started doing it. I'm not sure if I hit a pot hole or something. A co worker suggest that I have an front Alignment done and have the Chassey lubed. Will this work?

Might need to be lubed. Depends on where the noise is. Have them lube the sway bar end links. If noise is in th ebody, be sure all body mounting bolts are tight
