Are you sure it's not getting throught the injectors?

Have you checked to make sure you have Spark?

OK, Then you will need to check the Injector Harnesses. To do this you will need what is called a Noid Light.

Desconnect the Harness from the injector an plug in the Noid Light, turn engine over. Do this on each Harness.

Does the Light Flash on each Harness?

Does the Light stay on for for any of the Harnesses?

Below is the Diagnostic Proceedure, right click and Save Picture As in order to zoom in to read...

We have tried that and it still doesnt start. The blazer has an alarm system on it. Could that stop it from starting? We have gotten both yes and no answers. If it could is there a way to reset it?

OK, here area few things I have found.

The Passlock (TM) System Components

The Passlock (TM) System is designed in order to deter vehicle theft by disabling the fuel injection system unless the following actions occur:

The key correctly engages the ignition lock cylinder.
The BCM sends a Glass 2 serial data password to the PCM/VCM that is identical to the last learned password.
The Passlock (TM) system is composed of the following components:

The Passlock (TM) sensor
The Ignition Lock Cylinder
The Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC)
The Body Control Module (BCM)
The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) / Vehicle Control Module (VCM)

Disarming the System

In the arm initiated mode, the following conditions are true:

The security indicator is ON.
The doors are open.
In order to disarm a system in the arm initiated mode, perform one of the following steps:

Press the power door lock switch to the UNLOCK position.
Press the door unlock button on the key fob.
In order to disarm a system in the arm delay or the armed mode, perform one of the following steps:

Use the key in order to unlock the left front door or the right front door.
Press the door unlock button on the key fob.

Ignition Switch Disarm

Perform the following procedure in order to verify that the ignition disarm function operates:

Remain inside the vehicle.
Place the system in the armed state.
Wait for the SECURITY indicator to turn OFF. The system is armed when the SECURITY indicator turns OFF.

Cycle the ignition switch from the LOCK (OFF) position to the RUN position. Return the ignition switch to the LOCK (OFF) position.
Open any door.

The system does not enter the alarm mode. The SECURITY indicator flashes. The flashing indicator indicates that the system has entered the ready-to-arm state.

PASSLOCK Reprogramming Auto Learn
Notes

You must perform a Passlock (TM) Learn Procedure if any of the following components have been replaced:

Passlock (TM) sensor
Body control module
Powertrain control module
Vehicle control module
Both of the above modules except for the Passlock (TM) sensor must be programmed using their own vehicle configuration. See the individual module service manual section.

There are 2 types of Passlock learn procedures:

A 10 minute procedure which requires a Techline Terminal and a Tech 2 scan tool PASSLOCK Reprogramming Seed and Key
A 30 minute procedure which requires a scan tool used in order to clear codes. This procedure is listed below.
30 Minute Procedure

Ensure that the battery is fully charged.
Use a scan tool in order to clear the Passlock (TM) DTCs.
Turn the ignition switch from the OFF position to the CRANK position, and then to the RUN position. The vehicle will start and then stall.
Leave the ignition ON until the security telltale turns OFF in 10 minutes.
Repeat Steps 3-5 for 2 more times (3 times total)
The Passlock (TM) controller will learn the new data on the next start attempt.
Use a scan tool in order to clear all DTCs.
