1998 Chevy Blazer how to replace a starter

Hi. First disconnect the batt.#2 remove wires from starter.#3 remove two 15 mm bolts going vertical, be careful starter will fall after you remove these two bolts. Before you can get tothe starter bolts remove cover around the bottom of trans.

You will have to turn starter until you get it in a position to slide between the frame and eng. It is very tight but will go. Good luck billymac
