1998 Chevy Blazer Blazer shakes and viberates when I put it

My 1998 blazer shakes and viberates when I put it in gear and also the check engine light comes on and off. When I start diving it drives fine but when I come to a stop it has a viberation thats easly noticed it shakes alittle less when its just in park.

You are describing a engine misfire. When was the last time you performed a full tune up? I recommend replacing dist cap, rotor and wires with new spark plugs. Thats where I would start.

Hi, I have the same problem, also I am using way to much gas. I get about 11mpg. I did a Full tune up plugs wires, air fuel oil tranny filter, co2 sensor, still vibrating
