1997 Chevy Blazer Engine wont Crank but all gauges and elec

I have a 97 chevy blazer. The past 2 weeks, the engine wont crank yet everything works(Lights, radio, etc) When I do get it started, the truck runs great. In order to get it started, I have had to pull the ECM Ignition fuse, and reinsert it. This solved the starting problem until today. Now it wont start and the truck is stranded (-30 wind chill too). Any suggestions?

Pulling that fuse has nothing to do with it, unfortunately. Have you tried lightly tapping the starter motor. It sounds like it is bad.

I havent tried tapping the starter. I thought possibly a bad ignition switch?
