I drove my Blazer to store other day just fine when I came out wouldn't start just turned over and over. I towed it home and have replaced battery alternator spark plugs spark plug wires and distributor cap I still have same problem turns over but will not start. I took the air filter cover off sprayed starting fluid into it replaced cover and it started and ran just fine turned it off and on a few times would start up great but after letting it set turned off a few mins. Went to crank it turned over but would not start till I sprayed more starting fluid into it. So is there any suggestions on what it may be I have tried the swapping fuel pump relay with the relay that is the same to it but do not know which relay is which?

The fuel pump relay is located behind glove box-When you turn key to run do you hear the fuel pump come on for 2secs-if not check fuel pump fuse/relay and the computer controlled circuit fo the relay relay

I went out today to see if I could hear the fuel pump come on as you had said and yes I heard for few sec. The buzz like sound of it coming on when I turned key to run then after a few secs. It clicked and went off I checked all my fuses in the side panel and all are good.

Your next step is to check the fuel pressure with a gauge to verify ii if its within specifications
