1995 Chevy Blazer no clicking or any noise when I try to st

I drove my truck to the grocery store and when I came out it would not start. It made no noise at all no clicking, nothing. The lights come on in and out, but the alarm system has been doing weird stuff lately, could it have something to do with that?

Check and make sure its all the way in park
try and starter in neutral
check fuses
check the battery and terminals
try and get a jump
arm and disarm security system
