1994 Chevy Blazer please help. It's boggling me

I have a 1994 chevy blazer 4.3 cpi vortec v6. It began as a project; however, now I find myself trying to make it my daily driver. The plugs are soaked with fuel everytime I pull them out. It spins over fine, but won't start. I have replaced almost everything there is to replace except the injector assy. Could that be my problem?
