1994 Chevy Blazer Fuel Problem?

Blazer has 10,000 miles on new engine. The motor cranks but will not turn over. All power works. I think it may be a fuel issue? What do you think?

There are 3 things that can stop it from starting : spark, fuel, compression. Im going to rule out compression since it a new motor and have you check out the spark.

Pull one spark plug at a time and crank it checking for bright blue spark, post back what you find.
