1992 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

i was given a gas can of 5 gallons water not knowing it was water and put it in my gas tank. It would not start and I had it towed. I got it running and now it wont go over 10mph. Whats going on.

well you said you got it running but you still have water in the system. You should replace the fuel filter. And put a can of gas treatment in this should flush it all out

I've pumped it out but and replaced the gas filters and add gas treatment too but it still don't run how many fuel injectors are there? To Iam never worked on a car with them before is there only one or 6 of them? Some one told me one then anther one says there's only 1 help me
