I have a 92 s10 blazer. I got a clutch kit for my truck and put it on. I thought I put everything back together right but my slave cylinder was not on the clutch fork right and caused the hydraulic line to burst and blow brake fluid everywhere. Now I have put a new clutch master cylinder, clutch hydraulic hose and slave cylinder on it. For some reason now it wont move the clutch fork now. Its like theres air in the system, it wont build enough pressure. I have been through bottle after bottle of fluid bleeding the system at the slave sense the master cylinder cant be bleed. I have made shure I have all the right parts for my truck. The only part that was different was the hose. The old one had a cylinder midway of the hose(witch I thought was a filter) the new one dont have that. Could that missing cylinder be what built that extra bit of pressure. Ither way my truck dont move now ( HELP )

Where is the bleeder screw for the slave cylinder? On the top or bottom. I have found that the slave cylinders have the bleeder screw on the bottom therefore not getting the air out of the top. I remove slave cylinder and physically put the bleeder to the top and bleed it out of the transmission until all the air is out then reinstall it.

I had someone else say the same thing. I took off the slave and put the bleed screw to the top. It didnt seem to have any air in it. Nothing but fluid came out. Could air still be in the master cylinder. If so how do I get it out theres no bleed screw

It shoulod bleed out pretty fast. If no air in system then make sure the clutch fork did not pop out of holder or ball stud in transmission. Can you see the pushrod on the slave cylinder go in and out when pressing the clutch?

I have had this trans off three times. So I know the throwout bering and fork are still on. Now when I press the clutch it has lost that stiff feeling it had and the pushrod moves about a eighth of a inch witch isnt enough to do anything.
