1992 Chevy Blazer Blazer wont start

I just bought a 92 4.3 v6 blazer and some times it will start and other times you have to put the gas to the floor then turn it over. It has a new fuel filter, pulg wire, tps when over all the ground wires. I can hear the pump kick on. I still can't figure it out and I am getting code 15 which is coolant senor/ temp low

I have a 1995 blazer and it doing the same thing is yours fuel injected I can hear my pump also but im starting to think it is still the fuel pump

Mine is fuel injected and I was told that the fuel pump needs pressure in the gas tank to run correct. And my tank has a leak where the upper and lower halfs meet. Dont know if that helps you. I got a new tank coming sunday.
