Hello, I really don't have any knowledge about automotives. I can do your basic oil changes, replace the starter, just simply stuff like that. Well I am moving out of my Wifes fathers house soon and I need to get her 91 S10 Blazer fixed. I will need a step by step instruction on how to replace the Upper control ARM bushing for her. I have the bushing set. I have basic tools, wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, but nothing to fancy. Sorry I don't Have a lot of money to donate, I will gladly donate more if this works.

If you really aren't a big mechanically inclined person you shoul djust replace the control arm with a new one. But if you do want to tchange the bushing, take the arm off, have a vise to hold the arm and use an air chisel to drive the old bushing out. Then use the vise to press the new bushing in. Be careful here as the control arm can be under intense spring pressure so you might need a spring compressor. Or go to the library and get a manual that is close to your year, they are all abou tthe same to give you a general idea. Then get it aligned after you do the work.O r pay a pro to do it all.
