2003 Chevy Avalanche stalling

When I trunon any of the A/C orheat options the RPM's drop and the car stalls.

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked for vacuum leaks? When the AC compressor turns on, it places a drag on the engine, so something as simple as a vacuum leak could cause the engine to die.
