2001 Chevy Astro no start

Engine turns over but does not start. Code P0300 came up. I have spark and I have fuel to intake pressure is good I can't change timing and I don't see a time ing plate on front of engine how do I check if it is off a degree or 2?

No it has a centrol style injection system no place to check that
