1999 Chevy Astro !999 Astra Somtimes wont start

I have A 1999 Astro That sometimes won’t start but only after it has already been running. The starter will turn the engine over but it will not start, If I wait from 10 to 30 minutes’ it starts. This happens 2 to 4 times a month
I Have changed the fuel pump, Fuel filter and taken it to The dealer and spent over $1000.00 dollars Please help.

When it refuses to start, is the theft lite flashing?

Are there any codes? Some of the national brand autostores will check codes for free.

You can do some of the basic tests, when it refuses to start, have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs, then go from there.
