1998 Chevy Astro 2nd gear slipping

Transmission problem
1998 Chevy Astro Two Wheel Drive 160000 miles

I have a 98 astro van. All gears except 2nd are fine it is only when changing out of 2nd it is slipping. It runs great except for this. Will I have to replace transmission or is this something that can be fixed?

If the fluid is clean and full, chances are the clutches are worn out and need replaced. If it is still shifting correctly other than the slip, it should only need a basic overhaul.
