1998 Astro Van. Power Door Locks not work, but can still unlock with keys the doors but not the rear hatch. Try and replace the fuse it worked one time and the locks worked. Now the fuse blows trying to put it in

If it blows that quickly, you have a dead short. Check the wiring between the doors and the body. There may be a problem there. If nothing is found, start with the drivers door and remove the door panel and look for wires that may have shorted or a solenoid.
