1995 Chevy Astro Wont start

Been having an issue for about a year where it would require starting fuild to start but then run fine. The other day it died and wont restart at all now. Has spark at the plugs and has 58psi fuel pressure and the plugs are wet when checked. It would occasionally throw a code 32 so replaced the EGR valve hoping that was the cause of the problem. Still nothing it turns over and will burn off the ether but that is it. Any ideas?

You got spark and fuel in the cylinders and run with ether till it burns off-check the fuel pressure again and the injector/s are pulsing. If the valve and ignition timing is off I don't think it will start at all-
