CHECKING TRANSMISSION FLUID

I found the transmission oil filler tube on the driver side of the engine. There was a cap rather than a dipstick. The cap said dealer use only. I want to know if the fluid level is ok. Now how do I determine this? I don't have the owner manual yet for instructions.

Yes, thank the brilliant engineers at Chrysler to not include a transmission dipstick on your vehicle.Here is a YouTube video I found that gives you an idea on how to check the level.
